Hatha Yoga


Introduction

Hatha Yoga is classed as the traditional form of Yoga. Performed at a medium set pace. Hatha is a branch of Yoga that combines physical practice to align and calm the mind. Hatha's purpose is to achieve harmony and balance when performing the physical practice and the breath work. Benefits of Hatha : Improve flexibility, strength, stamina and balance. Prepares for a deeper state of meditation – in some classes I may join the two. Help reduce stress and anxiety. Therapeutic benefits.
