Hey I'm Rebecca,
I've been practicing Yoga for over 10 years. Yoga has always offered me a safe space to grow, challenge my strength and self reflect. Being a Teacher of Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin and Meditation, I believe Yoga is and can be for everyone.
I strive to create an atmosphere where you'll feel encouraged and inspired to take your own journey towards health and wellness. Whether you're looking to build strength, gain flexibility, or simply unwind and destress, I'm here to guide you.
My classes are designed for all levels, so please don't be scared to come along. As I like to focus on the physical practice it is also important to create a balance between mind and body.
