Vinyasa Yoga


Introduction

Vinyasa Yoga also known as “flow” is a dynamic practice with a rhythmic flow focused on the transitions between poses with breath. Vinyasa practices are normally performed at a faster pace when compared to other types of Yoga. Vinyasa Yoga is quite unique in the fact that there is real balance between flexibility, strength and stability. Benefits of Vinyasa : Improves cardiovascular fitness and encourages blood flow. Reduces arterial stiffness associated with aging, which is crucial for heart health and could help towards lowering the risk of high blood pressure. Improves flexibility, strength and stability.
